Refund policy
We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom orders are final sale. For custom work, payment in full is due at design approval, and no refunds can be issued once production begins.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement, repair, or refund.
